On the way back from North Carolina we took the scenic route through the Smoky Mountains and it was breathtakingly gorgeous. My photos just don't do it justice because to stand on this outlook and see the vast expanse of mountains covered with autumn trees was an incredible experience, the kind of experience that makes me say "Wow, that God is one big, powerful hombre!"
We were in Asheville this summer - it's definitely up there in my list of "places I could live happily ever after". Sweet pics!
